Customer Success Specialist

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the frontline of our client experience, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales growth. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Client Orders – Handling inquiries via phone and email, guiding clients through the full order cycle from first quote to final feedback.
  • Driving Revenue Growth – Helping us speed up response times, shorten closing cycles, and improve client retention. You will also support our client acquisition strategy, including outreach campaigns and lead follow-up.
  • Improving Processes – Spotting inefficiencies and recommending better workflows, reporting methods, and data tracking.
  • Gathering Insights – Understanding client needs, sharing feedback with our internal teams, and helping us refine our offerings.
  • On-Site Client Visits – Occasionally visiting prospects and existing clients in Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa to strengthen relationships and ensure exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to check every box—but curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Here’s what helps:

  • Experience – A background in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Communication Skills – Strong in both English and Finnish, able to connect with clients effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and find solutions.
  • Tech-Savviness – Comfortable with CRMs, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Flexibility – While remote work is an option, this role requires in-person meetings with clients in the Helsinki area.
